The “in Between” Phase

The moment you truly decide, is the pivotal moment of change.

What is the “in between” phase?

This phase is the time when you are letting go the old and taking steps towards something new. Whenever we make a change in our life, we don’t step right into the results. We usually have to let go of something first, and trust that our desire will work out. 

When you are waiting for the results, and you don’t know when the change will happen — it is hard to wait it out. This is where doubt tries to sneak in to break your flow and revert you back to the old ways and patterns. 

In this phase you will need to have consistency and faith.

Change requires faith.

Sometimes our results are not guaranteed. We are working towards something new that we may not have ever experienced. Our minds tend to come in and try and keep us safe. 

Whenever we are facing the unknown, doubt will absolutely be present. 

You don’t need to live without fear, you will get results even if you are afraid. This “in between” phase happens to everyone in the pursuit of something that they have never experienced. 

You don’t have control over the outcome, but you do have control. 

You will never be able to control your results, but you can control your routines, habits, and actions. 

Your routines will become your greatest safety and truly is the deepest form of self care. 

In the consistency of your lifestyle you will find the confidence you are looking for and the reassurance you need in the pursuit of your dreams. 

Change is hard for everyone, but it IS worth it when you reach the other side. Give yourself grace and the right form of control, and you will make it through this awkward phase to the other side.
