Season 4 has officially launched, Happy New Year!
We are so excited to celebrate our New Year (in August) with you today alongside our podcast reveal! If you have been getting our newsletter, you have been celebrating Christmas in July with us all month. You have been getting our freebies and connecting with us behind the scenes during launch month.
If you feel behind, hop on the train with us and let’s start setting goals and getting clear on what we want to see happen in our life, 5 months early.
It takes time to get clear and organized in the pursuit of achieving your goals.
We are dedicating the rest of the year to helping you get into momentum before January rolls around. When the “real” New Year hits, we will be posting progress rather than feeling rushed in the decisions and commitments of life transformation.
Even if you take the full 5 months to figure it all out, you will still be on time and ahead of the game in 2020.
Let’s get intentional about the changes you want to see happen, and make plans to ensure your success.
In this episode we catch up on some of the life changes going on behind the scenes. Kayla is getting married in a month and we are celebrating in San Francisco, Sofia, and Paris. Get ready Europe, Traci and Kayla are coming!
When it comes to implementing change while feeling behind, we tend to want to try and change everything all at once.
“You can have it all, just not all at once.”
Intention alone is not what gets you results.
You may want or wish to have it all, but EFFORT in “it all at once” is terrifying.
We like to think about ourselves as cats. If you think about it, cats need to warm up slowly and trust over time. Dogs tend to trust instantly. When cats experience change, it takes weeks to recover. We don’t need to become more like dogs, but we need to be more aware of who we are and what we need during the process of change.
We need to gradually implement change.
We don’t want ambition alone, we want to experience ambition alongside success.
“In order to change your life, your mind must trust your behavior.”
KAYLA’S TIP FOR GOALS & STRATEGY
You can’t map out your entire life plan at once, because you are asking for change. So things will change, including your plans.
Don’t go too far into the future.
Have big dreams in mind, but take it one goal at a time. When you know what to do, you feel confident. Confidence isn’t hoping your life plan will go according to plan.
Read all about it in The Lifestyle Design Strategy Workbook.
TRACI’S TIP FOR ACCOUNTABILITY & STRUCTURE
Self sabotage comes in when you feel behind and so you try to do too much at once. Here we need to embrace the phase. This means getting excited about the future but not taking on too much so you set yourself up to fail.
The other self sabotage tendency is when you are not the priority in your life. It is really hard to dedicate time to a goal when you are waiting for your turn after everyone else. You can’t take care of everyone else first. This has to change to where you matter in your daily decisions.
The top two reason that people fail in keeping their results:
1. They don’t commit to making their changes a lifestyle.
2. They lose momentum and consistency in their actions.
In order to achieve your results and keep them, it will require 30% strategy and 70% structure in your choices and actions.
That is why we are working together and collaborating on this podcast. We are so excited to help bring you the full solution to your success.

We are so happy to have you here with us, Tamara! Yes it is hard to pick, but if you keep letting the inspiration guide you it will become clear. Hugs!
It is hard to pick just one thing. Probably my relief in paying bills. Not sure if it’s to broad.
Not too broad at all Lisa, the next steps will become clear when you focus your attention here. We are always here to answer any questions you may have too. xoxo
