Anger Can Be Your Motivation

Anger can be a positive influence on your behavior.

We can use the anger we feel when we align it with the vibration of passion. People tend to fear the experience of lower vibration feelings. When you are afraid of your emotions, your emotions are in control of you and not the other way around. 

So many people post on social media that they want “positive vibes only” or are only looking for “positive people” to comment or post. 

The funny thing is, people who understand motivation and the process of change are very comfortable in the lower vibrations. These people don’t dwell in those vibrations however, they are empowered to utilize these vibrations to get them moving towards their goals. 

Emotionally intelligent people are aware of ALL emotions.

People who have healthy mindsets do not live in fear of negative emotions, but rather have a healthy relationship with the range of all emotions. Those who strive to live in positive vibes only, are actually lacking true emotional depth and authenticity. 

Anger can lead to positive results when you know and are confident in how to control it. When you let your emotions control you is when vibrations like anger can lead to self destructive behavior. You can actually release emotions and heal when you allow the authentic feelings in you to have a voice in a healthy space. 

Make your rival your fuel.

Think about the playlists you take to the gym. I’ll bet you tend to navigate towards music that has a flavor of lower vibrations. When you are on the treadmill, lyrics that empower are the ones talking about overcoming pain, not usually the ones that are influenced by Vivaldi. 😉 

Anger is a tool for those who have healed their trauma.

We hope this episode has inspired you to be free in your emotions and express them honestly. Don’t be afraid of anger, it can actually inspire you to find a deeper sense of motivation within yourself.
