You can heal, if you want to.
Results are dependent on one thing — ACTION.
You have to be willing to do the work, but if you do the reward will be healing and triumph. You can’t remove memories or experiences, but what heals is your reaction and perspective on them.
Your pain and experiences don’t define you. You can adopt a mindset and lifestyle of resilience.
The human experience is to overcome challenges and hard situations. This is how we grow confidence, happiness, and grow.
Life will never be without pain or lessons.
If you are someone who has never experience true healing from trauma, you may not realize the true feeling of happiness. You can experience a life where you are not triggered, your body is calm, and you feel relief.
When you overcome this trauma, you will experience such a huge shift in confidence, self esteem, and happiness.
There is a greater feeling available to you than you may have experienced before.
If you are not happy after achieving success or a result, there is something inside of you that is asking to be healed or transformed. Be careful that you are not looking for the results themselves to heal you. Results will never heal or transform you.
Your painful past will always catch up to you. You can’t avoid it, kind of like taxes. Your trauma and pain will collect interest the longer you avoid getting help.
YES, you CAN heal from trauma.
Have an open heart, and open mind, and watch the transformation happen for you.
It is the process of overcoming that brings this sense of accomplishment and happiness.
